Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Compliance professional to provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support for the specialty testing business. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with leadership, conducting internal investigations, and advancing corporate compliance initiatives.

You will partner with Legal, HR, Finance and IT to implement policies, monitoring, and training programs, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, Stark Law and Anti-Kickback statutes while promoting an ethics-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 years of experience in healthcare compliance-related role.
• Experience with HIPAA, Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal investigations into potential compliance program violations and other allegations of misconduct.
• Provide proactive compliance guidance and support across departments (Legal, HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations).
• Support auditing and monitoring programs for key compliance risk areas including provider relations and coding/billing.
• Collaborate with Legal, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to remediate issues and implement corrective action plans.
