Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Regional Compliance role to oversee communication, training, and proactive monitoring of compliance with federal and state laws across laboratories in the region.

The role supervises and coordinates with Corporate departments and Senior Leadership, leading investigations and corrective actions while delivering live training on applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• CHC or CHPC certification desirable.
• 7+ years in healthcare with compliance, billing, operations and/or medical technology.
• Experience conducting audits and communicating findings.
• Experience supervising or providing technical leadership to others.
• Experience with Quest Lab Information System and related business systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Compliance Director and guide complex issues.
• Manage compliance procedures and processes.
• Respond to internal/external customers regarding policies and assist with solutions.
• Provide day-to-day Compliance support to Director-level colleagues.
• Assist in addressing Legal and Compliance issues with Corporate departments and Senior Leadership.
• Investigate reports and implement corrective action including retraining.
• Deliver live training and communicate policies to Quest employees.
• Manage audit requests and requirements for the Region.
• Oversee Compliance Monitoring Program and conduct site visits as needed.
• Coordinate Compliance staff activities under Regional Compliance Director.
• Manage document assembly for third-party reimbursement audits; depositions and lawsuits.
