You will shape market strategies, drive group bookings, and optimize revenue through skilled account management, collaboration with departments, and strong relationships with local business communities.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of market position, OCC, ADR, banquet and food & beverage revenues and GOP effects.
• Experience with pricing, rate structures, sales strategies, and yield management.
• Proven ability to translate property strengths into competitive advantage and drive bookings.

• Lead sales and catering teams across two Marriott-branded hotels within one footprint.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns with cross-department collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships with local commerce chambers and convention bureaus.
• Drive group bookings, revenue optimization, and profitability through strategic accounts.
• Provide professional communications and presentations to management and ownership.
