The role focuses on market data and analytics using Workday and Payfactors, collaborating with leaders to drive fair, competitive compensation and an engaging recognition program. This position offers comprehensive benefits and growth within Total Rewards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Minimum 2–4 years HR experience with focus in Compensation
• Equivalent military experience considered for required years of experience

Mansioni

• Consult with HR partners on compensation topics
• Evaluate job descriptions to determine salary structures and exemption status
• Participate in annual salary surveys to build competitive structures
• Assist in maintaining market data in Payfactors and modeling merit increases
• Manage compensation data in Workday and collaborate with leaders on decisions
• Support development of the company’s recognition program
• Assist with payroll, benefits projects as needed
• Develop employee communications to be clear and engaging
