Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Compensation Partner to advance strategic and operational priorities. You will identify compensation risks, design programs, and lead annual pay cycles, bonuses, and equity initiatives. Collaboration with HR leaders and stakeholders will be essential to delivering timely, compliant results.

The role requires deep knowledge of wage laws, market analysis, and cross-functional project leadership to optimize total rewards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and advanced data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead network-wide compensation initiatives and develop comprehensive programs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive complex compensation and total rewards strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on wage and hour regulations and compliance.
