Job summary

Schwab in Texas is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Strategy to shape compensation strategy for its branch network and client-facing teams. This role blends strategic thinking, analytics, program leadership, and cross-functional influence to advance compensation initiatives aligned with business objectives and employee experience.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Product to design scalable compensation solutions, build business cases, and lead end-to-end initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management or related experience with end-to-end initiatives.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize data, and develop scalable solutions.
• Experience leading strategy and execution with compensation acumen or related knowledge.
• Cross-functional collaboration and influencing decisions with clear comms.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Strong relationship-building across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year compensation strategy and roadmap.
• Analyze compensation practices for scalability, effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Assess market, business, and organizational trends to inform compensation recommendations.
• Develop decision-ready materials and govern compensation-related changes.
• Lead compensation initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and success.
• Collaborate with partners across Compensation, HR, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Product, and Retail Leadership.
• Support change management and adoption of compensation program enhancements.
