• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across the retail client experience: identify client pain points and opportunities in product launches or enhancements.
• Frame ambiguous problems and drive to insight using hypothesis-driven analysis and stakeholder validation.
• Champion the client perspective by surfacing critical gaps and sizing their impact.
• Partner with product, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and technology to balance opportunities, costs and benefits.
• Build compelling, executive-ready communications and clear deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day execution across multiple initiatives, manage risks, and sustain momentum.
