AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee compensation administration, planning, and analysis across the company. You will design competitive plans, partner with operations, and drive cost-effective pay strategies to support business goals.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical skills, and experience with incentive design and equity considerations. This position reports to the Compensation Director and manages direct reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) is required.

Aufgaben

• Develop salary increase budgets, merit matrices, incentive plan designs and peer pay practices assessments.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership on sales incentive strategies to improve productivity and standardize processes.
• Advise management on pay actions including merit increases and promotions.
• Research market pay data to identify industry trends and inform pay decisions.
• Design and manage progression pay programs for hourly distribution center roles to ensure equity and retention.
• Lead compensation strategies for tractor trailer drivers, including base pay, mileage/hourly structures, and shift differentials.
• Conduct market benchmarking for drivers and warehouse hourly roles across regions.
