Job summary

Accendra Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead the design, analysis, and execution of complex compensation programs. You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and senior leaders to shape strategy and governance.

The role offers a strategic path with opportunities to drive enterprise projects, implement market pricing, and improve compensation systems. Travel is limited; compensation aligns with market benchmarks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
7–10+ years of progressive compensation or related analytical experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and senior leaders on compensation matters.
Lead enterprise or cross-functional compensation projects and market pricing strategies.
Conduct and oversee job evaluations and leveling
Analyze external market data and internal equity to develop recommendations.
Provide leadership during merit, bonus, and incentive plan design.
Develop and govern compensation policies and tools for consistency.
