Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in compensation, classification, HR, or related analytical field.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, classification methodologies, and applicable employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct position audits, job analyses, and classification reviews for exempt and nonexempt staff.
• Use CUPA-HR salary surveys and benchmarking resources to develop compensation recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, EEO, and related laws and policies; develop compensation policies.
• Provide training and consultation to supervisors on compensation and classification processes.
