Job summary

CJ Schwan's Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to design, implement, and communicate compensation programs—base pay, incentives, sales compensation, and recognition—across the enterprise.

This strategic partner will lead annual planning, market pricing, benchmarking, and governance, provide analytics, and guide the compensation team. A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience are required; a Master’s degree and CCP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, economics or related field.
• 10 years of progressively responsible compensation experience.
• Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, incentive design, compensation regulations, HRIS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, project management experience, CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and continuously improve compensation philosophies and programs including base pay, incentives, sales compensation, recognition.
• Lead annual compensation planning, job evaluation, market pricing, benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and workforce cost analyses.
• Develop compensation policies, governance practices, financial models, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making, regulatory compliance, and program effectiveness.
