Job summary

Rally House in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee the design, administration, and optimization of our compensation and benefits programs. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and leaders to ensure competitive, compliant offerings and a positive teammate experience.

You will analyze market trends, manage leave programs, and drive annual merit and salary review processes while maintaining HRIS data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience administering HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, CEBS, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer company compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Manage team member health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity to support pay decisions and compensation planning.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts that simplify processes and enhance the team member experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field

5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits

2+ years of leadership or people management experience

Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills

Advanced Excel

Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong analytical and reporting skills
