Job summary

Well Care Health is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to manage daily administration and support of the company’s compensation and benefits program. You will work with the Director of Human Resources to develop, recommend, and implement plans that improve equity and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities include salary benchmarking, job evaluation, regulatory compliance, and creating reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in compensation and benefits analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to support compensation decisions.
• Evaluate job descriptions and classification to ensure appropriate compensation levels.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state and local compensation and benefits regulations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track compensation trends and benefits utilization.
• Ensures accuracy of benefits enrollments and payroll deductions.
• Collaborates with HRIS to ensure compensation and benefits accuracy.
• Serve as a primary HR support contact for routine HR functions and policies alignment.
