You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and leadership to ensure programs are competitive, cost-effective and compliant.

The role covers market pricing, salary structure administration, leave reporting, and benefits administration, with a strong focus on data accuracy in HRIS and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Experience with compensation survey participation, market pricing, and salary structure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer and analyze compensation and benefits programs.
• Prepare salary recommendations for hires, promotions and market adjustments.
• Maintain compensation data in HRIS and related systems.
• Support leave, benefits, and 401(k) administration.
