Job summary

This hybrid role requires extensive experience in compensation and consulting, with a track record of leading complex initiatives and coaching analysts.

Qualifications

• Eight years related work experience, with at least five years of Compensation experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
• Previous Compensation Consulting experience preferred. Previous experience designing talent strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the subject matter expert for enterprise-wide compensation programs presented to senior leaders.
• Researches external industry trends, market intelligence, regulatory changes, and best practices for strategic recommendations.
• Partners with senior leaders to implement compensation strategies aligned with Vanguard's total rewards philosophy.
