Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in compensation or HR.
• Solid knowledge of job evaluation and market pricing concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assists with administration of compensation programs, salary structures and pay policies.
• Supports compensation reviews across base pay and incentives.
• Conducts job analysis, classification and market pricing activities with guidance.
• Performs routine compensation analyses for internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Prepares compensation data and reports for senior staff review.
• Responds to salary inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Supports non-cash rewards and recognition data analysis.
• Contributes to compensation projects and meets defined deadlines.
• Demonstrates understanding of governance, controls and regulatory considerations.
