Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
2+ years in an analytical role (compensation, finance, accounting, internal audit, etc.).
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint experience.
Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and executive-level presentation development.
Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities and high accuracy.
Ability to communicate across varied audiences and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Develop analyses supporting broad-based and executive compensation programs, including financial analysis and market trends.
Support LTI administration and materials for the Compensation Committee.
Maintain PPP calculation model and track performance against goals.
Prepare monthly accruals and annual budget projections.
Provide updates to executives and the Board on goal performance.
Develop analyses to inform operational and financial goals and validate year-end results.
Coordinate executive approval of financial and operational results.
