Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field required; PHR/CCP preferred.
• Minimum three years in HR, with compensation focus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR programs related to compensation.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; confidentiality mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze compensation programs, including market pricing and job evaluations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using ADP/Cornerstone; support budget cycles.
• Maintain job descriptions, salary surveys, and benefits data; ensure accuracy.
• Assist with 401k/pension data submissions and discrimination testing.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on incentive plans and governance.
