Prime Meats LLC is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and corporate functions. The role partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop and administer pay programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, experience in compensation and market benchmarking, and a solid understanding of manufacturing workforce dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of compensation, HR analytics, or total rewards experience.
• Manufacturing or food industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site or plant-based operations.
• Knowledge of compensation regulations and pay equity practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis for manufacturing and corporate positions.
• Evaluate jobs and maintain salary grades and compensation structures.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and salary review processes.
• Analyze pay equity and compensation trends.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Plant Managers, and Talent Acquisition on compensation decisions.
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and company policies.
• Review compensation recommendations for promotions, transfers, and new hires.
