Prime Meats LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support its growing food manufacturing and distribution operations. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to analyze, develop, and administer compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of compensation, HR analytics, or total rewards experience.
Manufacturing or food industry experience preferred.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis for manufacturing and corporate positions.
Evaluate jobs and maintain salary grades and compensation structures.
Support annual merit, bonus, and salary review processes.
Analyze pay equity and compensation trends.
Partner with HR, Finance, Plant Managers, and Talent Acquisition on compensation decisions.
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and company policies.
Review compensation recommendations for promotions, transfers, and new hires.
