Job summary

Riverside Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to administer base pay, incentive pay, and performance management in line with our compensation philosophy. You will partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate job descriptions and strong market matches, and conduct complex analyses for pay grade ranges and eligibility.

Responsibilities include maintaining job structures in HRIS, auditing profiles for accuracy, supporting compensation offers, and assisting with merit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 2 years experience in job analysis, market benchmarking and compensation programs.
• 2 years healthcare compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex job analysis and market data benchmarking to determine base pay ranges.
• Maintain and audit job structures and pay ranges in HRIS systems.
• Provide compensation guidance to HR partners and assist with offers and equity considerations.
• Support pay equity analyses and participate in annual merit and incentive processes.
