The role partners with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure strong market match, accurate job descriptions, and compliant compensation programs. It requires strong data analysis and proficiency with Excel, plus 2 years in healthcare compensation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
Experience: 2 years in job analysis, market benchmarking, internal compression review and complex compensation programs.
Experience: 2 years in healthcare compensation (preferred).
Licenses/Certifications: CCP (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Conducts complex job analysis to ensure strong market match and accurate pay grade.
Evaluates market data to prepare competitive base pay ranges.
Prepares market benchmarks and reports for leadership approval.
Maintains job structures and pay structures in HRIS and audits profiles.
Supports compensation consulting for market pricing and incentive plans.
Audits compensation changes and ensures policy compliance.
