Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support pay structures, market data analysis, and the merit planning cycle in its HR organization.

In this role you will maintain job descriptions, manage job code creation, and support compensation processes such as GWI and P4P payouts, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office and HRIS skills, and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant compensation experience (6+ without degree).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation of pay structures, recommend compensation rates and policies.
• Gather market data from compensation surveys and analyze market trends.
• Participate in annual merit planning cycle and payout process.
