Synergy HomeCare is seeking a Strategic Events & Client Relations Coordinator to expand our community reach and help seniors age in place. You will build trust-based relationships with families, referral sources, and partners to grow our client base.

Your role includes delivering live events, presenting to prospects, maintaining a contacts database, and supporting growth across three geographic areas. A strong, self-motivated communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years outside sales, event planning, or similar responsibilities.
• Proven success in building relationships that drive revenue.
• Active listening and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live events and outreach activities such as health fairs and networking events.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Maintain a contacts database, track sales efforts, and report results.
• Present information to prospects and referral sources in person or via events.
• Conduct home assessments and sign clients; support geographic growth in three areas.
