Job summary

Director of Community Engagement to execute strategies, conduct market insights, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maximize community impact and revenue opportunities. This role requires frequent travel and the ability to manage several markets concurrently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public administration, or related field.
• 4–6+ years in community engagement, partnerships, or external affairs.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute community engagement strategies across markets.
• Identify partnerships and opportunities through market research.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Public/Private Partnerships teams.
