Job summary

Orange Barrel Media, LLC is seeking a Development Manager to support the Development Director in growing our portfolio of large-format signs and IKE kiosks across the country. The role emphasizes securing leases, coordinating with city partners, and navigating regulatory processes while building strong relationships with private property owners and quasi-government institutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two-years’ work experience (preferably in a related field such as real estate/finance, public policy or law)
• Candidates are not required to have experience in media, advertising, or real estate but all candidates must be eager learn about the out of home advertising industry

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities for spectacular signage and IKE kiosks and secure leases for operation.
• Engage with IKE-adjacent property owners and present opportunities to merchants associations and small businesses.
• Act as primary contact for city partners regarding the IKE business, including training on content management and analytics systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with city staff to ensure timely release of construction permits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with quasi-government institutions to ensure timely project implementation and client satisfaction for IKE and large format assets.
• Drive projects forward through cross-functional communication across departments and external stakeholders.
• Suggest creative solutions for navigating complex regulatory environments.
• Develop presentation materials for pitches to property owners, elected officials, and city staff; assist in delivery as needed.
• Manage communications with property owners and regulators to track contractual obligations and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Sales to forecast asset live dates and with Operations to ensure timely launches.
