• Silence Doesn't Work Here Program Leadership – lead revitalization, implementation, and growth of WEAVE's Silence Doesn't Work Here program
• Develop participant materials, resource guides, toolkits, and educational content
• Serve as primary contact for prospective and participating organizations
• Facilitate trainings and onboarding activities
• Develop annual goals, growth strategies, and performance metrics
• Cultivate relationships with participating organizations to increase retention and engagement
• Collaborate with internal departments for aligned program messaging and recognition activities
