• Lead the strategic revitalization, implementation, and growth of WEAVE's Silence Doesn't Work Here program.
• Develop and maintain participant materials, resource guides, toolkits, and educational content.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and participating organizations.
• Facilitate and oversee program presentations, trainings, and onboarding activities.
• Develop annual program goals, growth strategies, and performance metrics.
• Cultivate relationships with participating organizations to increase retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align program messaging with WEAVE's mission.
