Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the business of client associations and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Typical hours are 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00, with additional hours as needed.

The role serves as liaison to the Board and represents the company in community matters. The position requires a 4-year degree, strong communication, budget and financial oversight, and the ability to attend several evening meetings each month.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree.
• Experience in association management is preferred.
• Strong communication and liaison with the Board and community.
• Willingness to attend 4–6 evening meetings per month.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper management and operation of the Association.
• Prepares the yearly budget and cash flow analysis.
• Advises the client on local/state/federal property laws compliance.
• Attends meetings and prepares minutes.
• Oversees collections and delinquent accounts and related actions.
• Coordinates maintenance with vendors and board approvals.
