Job summary

Inframark is seeking an accomplished senior leader to direct our community management organization in Gilbert, AZ. The role focuses on client satisfaction, quality, growth, and operational excellence across regions, with emphasis on strategic oversight and executive relationships.

The successful candidate will have 12+ years in community/property management, a proven track record in financial and operational performance, and PCAM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of community/property management with significant multi-site leadership.
• Proven client relationship, financial, and operational excellence track record.
• PCAM preferred; exceptional communication and change leadership.
• Bachelor’s required; master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for client retention, service quality, and growth.
• Lead Area Managers and Supervisors; build training, career paths, and succession plans.
• Standardize SOPs, technology adoption, and risk management; monitor compliance with contracts and laws.
• Own executive relationships with key Boards/developers; resolve escalations and negotiate renewals.
• Manage budgets and staffing models; forecast capacity and growth needs.
• Publish KPIs and QBRs; drive continuous improvement programs.
