Dominium Management Services seeks a Community Manager for The Royse at Parker Blvda, a 220-unit apartment community in Royse City, TX. The role oversees daily operations, occupancy goals, leasing, and resident relations, ensuring excellent curb appeal and compliance with housing programs.

The position requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi. Experience in multifamily property management and knowledge of Section 8 or tax credit programs are

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience preferred; tax credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages property (or properties) on day-to-day basis to maximize occupancy, collections, appearance and resident retention.
• Supervises staff; conducts orientation, training, performance reviews and hiring/removal decisions.
• Maintains strong resident relations and addresses resident issues promptly and fairly.
• Ensures adherence to budgets, purchasing procedures and accounting directives.
