Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for The Royse at Parker Blvd, a 220-unit apartment community in Royse City, TX. You will oversee day-to-day operations, occupancy, resident relations, budgeting, and staff supervision, while ensuring compliance and timely maintenance.

Experience in tax credit programs, Yardi, and MS Office is recommended; strong communication and leadership skills are essential to build a thriving resident community.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• ARM, COS, RAM or similar designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language a plus.
• Reliable with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, coach others, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily operations and may cover other positions to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Meet with staff on occupancy goals, renewals, and projections; conduct trainings.
• Hire/terminate staff per policy; maintain attendance and performance records.
• Foster resident relations and retention; resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to accounting directives.
• Collect rent and manage delinquencies; coordinate with collections as needed.
• Handle move-ins/outs, inspections, and move-out chargebacks.
• Process screening and housing program compliance; maintain property records.
• Ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly; supervise contractors.
