Job summary

Fairfax Behavioral Health in Kirkland seeks a Community Liaison to join the Business Development team. The role focuses on creating demand for services through ethical marketing and sales methods, while presenting a professional image in the community.

In collaboration with the BD Director, you will implement the strategic sales plan, manage accounts, and help achieve facility business development goals. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend hours is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Community Liaison serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.
• Implements the facility's strategic sales plan and manages assigned territory and accounts to meet business development goals.
• Collaborates with the Director of Business Development to maintain a positive public image of the facility within the community.
• Hours may include day, evening and weekend shifts as required by the Director of Business Development.
