The role collaborates with the Director of Business Development to implement strategic sales plans, expand the facility’s brand, and achieve business development goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Three years experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare marketing/sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the facility’s strategic sales plan and regional marketing initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of top accounts, key contacts, planning reports, and client profiles.
• Conduct facility tours for key stakeholders and coordinate outreach to referral sources.
• Engage in 8–10 face-to-face contacts weekly with referral sources to promote programs and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with leadership to align sales messaging for target audiences.
