BancFirst is seeking a Coordinator of Business Development in Lawton, OK. This onsite role supports the Business Development Officer, handles customer relationships, coordinates events, and maintains records and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires strong office skills, accuracy, and discretion. Occasional after-hours events may be required, with standard 8–5 hours and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of banking software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Flexible in hours and location; standard 8–5, Mon-Fri; some after-hours events.

Responsabilités

• Support and manage customer and community engagement activities for BancFirst.
• Schedule appointments for the Business Development Officer.
• Complete paperwork and intake workbooks as required.
• Resolve client issues related to cash management when needed.
• Assist with marketing, advertising, and donation requests.
