Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking an Investment Banking Coordinator in Oklahoma City to provide high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to senior leadership in Investment Banking and Corporate Underwriting.

You will act as a liaison across departments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of critical business functions, supporting revenue projections, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience or 7–10 years' equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work with confidential data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
• Strong professional communication and inter-personal skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple project-oriented tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare revenue projections, accruals, and financial reports for monthly and annual reporting.
• Coordinate incentive compensation, commission payments, and referral fee processing for investment banking teams.
• Manage accounting entries, settlements, and reconciliations to ensure accurate revenue and deal tracking.
• Maintain financial workbooks, reports, and expense records to support leadership decision-making.
• Support audits and compliance efforts by maintaining documentation and coordinating payment approvals.
• Review legal documents and oversee bond sale activities, including official statements and post-sale requirements.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials while analyzing data to support business development efforts.
