Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quality loan portfolio with annual goals while managing existing portfolio.
• Meet with current and potential loan customers.
• Inspect collateral and make written reports.
• Monitor, review and analyze loans and the financial condition of existing customers.
• Service loan portfolios, including renewing, extending and collecting loans.
• Make lending decisions within designated lending limit.
• Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele.
• Participation in various community and public events.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist with other job-related duties and special projects as requested.
