Provide support to multiple loan officers by assisting with the management of deposit and lending relationships of new and existing commercial clients.
Assist with officers’ loan and deposit portfolio by monitoring daily and monthly reports and collecting any necessary information.
Oversee loan origination process by communicating with all parties involved, gather all supporting documents for loan requests, review loan documents, coordinate loan closings and execution of loan documents, and handle loan fundings.
Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the loan process and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Liaison between other departments within the bank to provide excellent customer service.
Handle daily client requests such as account maintenance, wire originations, funds transfers, loan payments/advances, and other general inquiries to accommodate all banking needs.
Manage loan officers’ schedules, coordinate meetings, handling phone calls/emails, and other department related duties as requested.
Excellent customer service skills with professional verbal and written communication abilities.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of and/or ability to quickly learn new banking systems and technologies.
Work effectively in a highly sensitive environment while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement when handling confidential matters.
Excellent work ethic and must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.
Work well individually and with team members while presenting a positive attitude.
Regular attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the job.
Experience in loan administration, banking, and/or mortgage industries.
Constant use of computer screens and reading reports.
Ability to operate computer keyboards, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile.
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials.
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds.
