LMI Government Consulting is seeking a Strategic Communications Specialist to provide operational and strategic support for a DoD program. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and is based onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, with five days a week onsite.

You will create and execute communications strategies, develop content, and work with senior staff across a broad range of personnel to advance campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting executive DoD leadership with writing and talking points.
• Expertise in communications principles, presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering strategic communications across multiple media.
• Ability to adapt to changing DoD environments and tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication with multi-media proficiency.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Create and execute communication strategies supporting the client's mission and priorities.
• Support enterprise-level internal and external communications channels and products.
• Develop materials to convey information to stakeholders related to initiatives.
• Lead the creation of reports, articles, presentations, talking points, scripts, and press content.
• Coordinate with Public Affairs, Legislative Affairs, and DoD components.
• Plan and manage projects and events as needed.
