Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking a Strategic Communications SME to support HQMC I&L and LPOV, providing subject matter expertise to synchronize GPN program actions and modernize capabilities. Location is primarily on-site at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA, with periodic remote work based on space availability.

The role requires 8+ years in DoD/Federal work, strong writing and briefing skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a military environment. Security clearance: Secret, TS/SCI preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 8+ years of DoW or Federal experience.
• 8 years leading DoW projects/programs related to logistics or technology.
• 8 years supporting USMC HQ departments and FMF coordination.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a military environment.
• Experience integrating USMC Force Design and logistics requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide doctrine and policy writing support to Governance Section and codify GPN processes into official publications.
• Provide strategic communications support by translating logistics initiatives into professional narratives for senior decision-makers.
• Design and produce briefing slides, background papers, and talking points for senior leadership.
• Prepare and coordinate material packages for governance boards and executive councils with consistent messaging.
• Draft strategic communications plans and stakeholder packets for GPN capability updates across the JLEnt.
