Job summary

LV8D Solutions LLC in Chantilly, VA seeks a Strategic Communications Specialist to connect with IC/DoD communicators, craft mission-focused content, and advocate programs across agencies. A TS/SCI clearance with poly requires eligibility.

The role emphasizes strong writing, leadership, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will develop content for newsletters, briefs, articles, and congressional materials, coordinating with customer offices and outreach

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategic communications, public affairs, or media relations
• Experience developing communication products (presentations, graphics, videos, articles, fact sheets)
• Experience interfacing with Senior leaders to develop internal/external communication strategies, messaging, branding, engagement plans
• Exceptional written, public speaking, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Expand awareness of customer priorities across stakeholders by preparing high-level intelligence briefings, summaries, articles, website content, video scripts, speeches, and more
• Liaise between customer and Office of Public Affairs to coordinate communications initiatives and solicit feedback
• Create content for program offices to support advocacy, user engagement, and awareness of new capabilities
• Identify and maintain connections with communicators across IC, DoD, and civilian agencies for impactful publications
• Standardize messages between leadership, programs, and outreach teams to convey the customer mission cohesively
• Lead writer for newsletters, articles, scripts, congressional testimony, etc.
• Develop briefs and talking points for leadership on request
• Assist planning and content creation for mission-related events and conferences
• Learn and brief customer material for user outreach support
