Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional communications experience.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience independently developing and executing communication plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans supporting business unit, factory, and departmental objectives.
• Consult with leaders and teams to identify communication needs, key messages, audiences, and channels.
• Translate complex business information into clear, relevant, and engaging communications.
• Write, edit, and publish content for employee communications, presentations, meetings, digital platforms, print, and video.
• Provide administrative support for Horicon leadership priorities, meetings, events, and special projects.
• Lead communication projects, employee events, engagement campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
