Job summary

Johnstone Supply LLC is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute integrated internal and external communication strategies. You will advise leaders, guide multichannel initiatives, and craft content for diverse audiences across intranet, email, newsletters, presentations, and print materials.

You will translate complex business information into engaging messaging, build data-informed channel strategies, and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
10+ years in corporate communications or PR.
Experience delivering multichannel strategies for diverse audiences.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Advise leaders and manage multi-channel communication projects from strategy to execution.
Develop clear, compelling communications for diverse internal and external audiences across channels.
Translate complex business information into audience-focused messaging aligned with brand and objectives.
Create data-informed channel strategies to improve reach and relevance across states and roles.
Monitor industry trends and propose relevant improvements to programs.
