Job summary

John Deere in Johnston, IA, is seeking a Part-Time Student - Communications to support the JD Aftermarket & Customer Support Center. You will help produce newsletters, coordinate content, and assist with photo/video shoots and events.

You will learn to apply Deere branding across communications, print, and licensed products while working 10–20 hours per week during the year and 30–40 hours in the summer. A strong Communications focus is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Communications degree; open to others.
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.

Responsibilities

• Newsletters: source content, report, and help layout and distribute.
• Photos and Video: assist with shoots and edits using approved software.
• Events: support meetings and unit events.
• Presentations: help layout and source photos and information.
• Brand: ensure Deere's branding on communications and licensed products.
