Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a versatile Communications Specialist – Mid to develop internal and external communications, blending hands-on content creation with strategy to support leadership priorities and promote the organization’s mission.

You will draft messaging, design visuals, manage events, advise executives, analyze metrics, and coordinate media outreach while maintaining clear, consistent communication aligned with policy.

Qualifications

• 5 to 14 years of demonstrated experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field is typically required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adobe creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential.
• Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Experience with event management, media relations, and protocol support; government or Intelligence Community experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce talking points, speeches, news articles, newsletters, official memoranda, and social media content.
• Design and create infographics, publications, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Provide editorial review to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to policy and style.
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive communications plans and campaigns for initiatives, programs, and events.
• Advise leadership on messaging, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication tactics.
• Analyze metrics and audience feedback to assess effectiveness and improve future campaigns.
• Plan and manage internal town halls, external conferences, and training sessions.
• Provide protocol support for meetings with dignitaries, managing logistics and ceremonial details.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, agencies, and industry contacts.
• Serve as primary media contact and coordinate responses as needed.
• Provide real-time graphic facilitation to capture discussions during meetings/workshops.
• Support time-sensitive corporate requirements with adaptive communication.
