Job summary

LTC Solutions, LLC is hiring a Joint Logistics Capabilities SME to provide mid-level logistics and capability-development support on-site at the Pentagon. You will work with HQMC, LPOV, and other DoD stakeholders to inform logistics modernization through research, analysis, and executive-level documentation.

Required qualifications include active TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in DoD logistics, and experience with PPBEA and capability development.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Military Science, Operations Research, Business, Engineering, Public Administration, National Security Studies, or related field.
• Five+ years of DoD logistics planning, capability development, or related experience.
• Experience with Marine Corps/Navy/Joint Staff or Service HQs.
• Knowledge of Marine Corps Force Design, logistics modernization, and PPBEA processes.
• Experience preparing executive briefs, information papers, reports and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support development of USMC POM planning products and logistics investment analyses.
• Research and analyze Marine Corps logistics capabilities, gaps, risks, and modernization priorities.
• Prepare annual logistics capability assessments and investment recommendations for PPBEA.
• Review Joint capability documents to identify impacts on logistics equities and provide recommendations.
• Assist in coordinating with Joint Staff FCBs, JCBs, and related logistics activities.
• Develop information papers, briefing materials, white papers, and executive summaries.
