Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking a Doctrine & Policy Writer/Program Manager to support HQMC, I&L, and LPOV with subject matter expertise to enhance GPN actions across governance, fiscal, and joint logistics enterprise. The role requires adapting concepts into official service publications and providing skilled technical writing support for reports and analyses.

Based primarily on-site at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA, the position offers a salary range of $155,000 to $175,000 with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree (required).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant DoW or Federal experience.
• Eight years of experience directing DoW projects in logistics initiatives or tech.
• Eight years of experience supporting USMC HQ departments and FMF coordination.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic Military Service environment.
• Experience integrating USMC Force Design and logistics requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and contract administration support as primary COR point of contact.
• Provide doctrine and policy writing support to the Governance Section and codify GPN processes into official publications.
• Write, edit, and update CONOPS, service-level doctrine, and TTPs for the GPN.
• Draft and analyze policy documents (MCOs, NAVMCs) and staff through coordination processes.
• Extract and integrate lessons learned to update existing doctrine.
