Pantheon Data LLC. is seeking a Project Manager, Strategic Communications to run a multidisciplinary team embedded with a Navy headquarters organization in Washington, DC.

The role requires turning ambiguous taskers into actionable plans, owning deliverables, and presenting two viable options with recommendations to senior leadership. You will manage budgets, track deliverables, and provide monthly reporting to the Government, while coaching a team of writers, graphics, and analysts to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects to deadline in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to structure unfamiliar problems and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience producing recurring management reports (labor, cost, personnel, deliverable status).
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to quality, accuracy, and style.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day execution of a multidisciplinary communications support team.
• Plan and execute across public affairs, congressional affairs, multimedia, events and analysis support.
• Turn ambiguous taskers into clear plans with owners, due dates, and drafts.
• Provide workload management and oversight of contract personnel.
• Review and edit public affairs products and support product development.
