Job summary

Pantheon Data, a Kenific Holding company, is hiring a Project Manager, Strategic Communications to run the day-to-day execution of a communications support team embedded with a Navy headquarters organization in Washington, DC. The team covers public affairs, congressional affairs, visual information and multimedia, and technical library and legislative analysis work for senior Navy leadership.

This is not a status-reporting role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications and creative output from concept through production.
• Plan and execute across multiple workstreams (public affairs, congressional affairs, multimedia, events).
• Turn ambiguous tasks into a clear plan with owner and due date.
• Present two viable options with tradeoffs when path is unclear.
• Lead kickoff and brainstorming sessions and present concepts to leadership.
• Maintain deliverables list with due dates and owners.
