Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, or operations; automotive or tech industry preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute an integrated organizational communications strategy.
• Build and manage a communications calendar connecting strategy, priorities, and progress.
• Manage internal channels (email, Slack, SharePoint, Confluence) to reach the right audiences.
• Collaborate with leadership on org artifacts to translate data into clear narratives for leaders.
